Overview

Learn to exercise safely whilst learning fitness routines using bodyweight and functional training skills which you can practice at home to keep active and healthy.

  • Children will learn exercise routines they can do at home.
  • Children will learn bodyweight and functional training skills.
  • 4-8 years 3:00 pm - 4:00 pm every Sunday
  • 8-14 years 05:00 pm - 06:00 pm every Sunday
