Internal Landscapes is a playful two-hour movement workshop that takes participants through a series of embodiment practices in order to create somatic awareness and deepen their relationship with the present and past self. The session is taught by performance artist Sarah Brahim.
Open to participants of all experience levels, this workshop is for those who are curious about how process memory and past experiences through movement.
This workshop presents performance and movement as healing practices that can help us translate embedded memory into embodied expression.
The session builds on contemporary performance tools such as visualizations, scores, breathwork, somatic based tasks, and research from Brahim’s practice to discover how the body can be a personal and communal site for transformation.
