Physical computing (Computing on micro: bit) Level 2

STEM & INNOVATION

Overview

Students are introduced to physical computing through the use of micro:bit devices. They use fundamental programming concepts to complete tasks with LEDs, buttons, and basic sensors.

  • Exposure to number of sensors and actuators and how to interact with them
  • Students learn the fundamentals of the micro:bit, such as how to turn on and off LEDs and how to use variables to write programs that react to the outside world
